Colour really sets the mood. Did you know that customers in a clothing store shop according to colour? That means they first consider the colour and then look at the model. Colour can really determine the ambience, and colour is personal. You can pick one colour theme to style your Christmas table. So, from a Christmas-themed tablecloth to crockery and accessories, you can combine darker and lighter shades of one colour. The French call it ‘ton sur ton’. It’s springtime again! No change of season makes me happier than when winter turns to spring! For me, 15 degrees, sun and a southerly wind is pure enjoyment. It’s such a great feeling to literally drag winter out of the house. For six months, the wool plaids and dark earthenware settings are replaced by fresh, light colours and materials. This year we’re decking the spring table with striped and checked natural table linen!
